The User agrees not to
post a property on the
Site under a name other
than the named
individual that has been
engaged by the property
owner to market the
property under the terms
of a listing agreement.
LISL reserves the right
to remove all or any
part of information or
refuse Services to
anyone at any time in
its sole discretion that
refuses to abide by the
terms and conditions
herein.
